Duties of a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with Ministry standards
- Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on various vehicle makes and models
- Identify safety, reliability, and performance issues, reporting findings to the Business Owner
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and quality standards at all times
- Assist at the front reception desk with customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and required follow-ups
- Support workshop operations to ensure smooth daily running
