The Role
Support a 59-year-old man with ASD and psychotic depression in accessing the community and in day-to-day activities within the home.
Main Duties
- Support going to the shops.
- Assist in collecting medication.
- Prompt to keep the home clean.
- Prompt to maintain a healthy diet.
- Prompt with personal hygiene.
