  • Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up classroom activities
  • Support pupils during independent, group, and whole-class tasks
  • Help maintain positive behaviour and promote a calm, purposeful atmosphere
  • Offer additional support to pupils who need extra help accessing the curriculum
  • Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or school events as required
  • Contribute to the organisation of learning environments and resources
  • Support assessment by observing and feeding back on pupil engagement and progress

Requirements:

  • Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting
  • Is patient, supportive, and committed to helping pupils succeed
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently
  • Can follow teacher guidance while also using their own initiative
  • Is adaptable, reliable, and able to remain calm in busy situations
  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to school life and pupil wellbeing
  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
