Overview

Full Time Mortgage & Protection Adviser in the West Midlands Area – a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer‑focused professional to join a growing financial services team within a busy estate agency environment across the West Midlands.

Role

  • Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
  • Working with warm leads generated internally
  • Building strong relationships with customers and branch teams
  • Managing cases compliantly from enquiry through to completion
  • Supporting clients with protection, insurance and associated services
  • Attending appointments across multiple branch locations when required

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £24,500
  • Realistic OTE of £60,000 (many advisers achieve this)
  • Uncapped commission structure – 20% commission on mortgages, 20% on life & critical illness (increasing to 25% after thresholds), 10% on home insurance, 20% on broker fees charged

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Some evening appointments may be required.

Holiday Entitlement

About You

  • Hold CeMAP qualification or be working towards it (trainees considered)
  • Have experience in mortgage and protection advice or strong customer‑facing sales experience
  • Be target driven and motivated by high earnings
  • Be confident building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
