Are you a passionate French Teacher with the ability to inspire a love of languages? Do you have experience teaching French across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4? Are you a dedicated French Teacher looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive secondary school?

We are a mainstream secondary school based in Newport, committed to providing high-quality education and encouraging students to develop academically and personally through a broad, engaging curriculum.

Responsibilities

The successful French Teacher will teach French across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including preparing students for GCSE examinations and delivering engaging lessons in line with the schemes of learning.

Qualifications
  • QTS with a Modern Foreign Languages specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching French up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
  • A proactive and enthusiastic teaching approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £172.98 - £210 per day
