Freelance Site Manager roles for upcoming commercial newbuild / refurbishment projects across the Northwest and Yorkshire starting in February / March.
Day rate: £270 - £300 a day.
Duration: Short term / long term / ongoing.
What you'll do:
- Manage commercial newbuild / fitout / refurbishment projects
- Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience working within commercial
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
- Some weekend work may be involved
Pay & Benefits:
- Day rate £270 to £300 per day
- Accommodation paid by contractor
- Weekly pay on a Friday
