We currently have exciting opportunities for Food Production Operatives to join the team in West Bromwich site D.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday to Friday 14:30 - 22:30. The rates of pay are: £12.75.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle and pack food products for top-tier customers in a busy chilled factory environment.
  • Handle raw meat and use a knife to cut, trim, and debone products as part of the production process.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Passion for delivering customer orders while ensuring high Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards are met.
  • Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
  • Enjoy working at a fast pace with determination to take action and achieve results.
  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
