Overview

Location: Moseley Old Hall, Moseley Old Hall Lane, Wolverhampton, WV10 7HY

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Contract Type: Contract

Hours: Shifts across 7 days a week, between 9am-5pm. The role is a zero-hour contract, with no guaranteed hours each week. Flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and Bank Holidays but does not require evening or split shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Front of house responsibilities, dealing directly with people, welcoming and looking after everyone who visits the café, and providing an outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation; ensure displays and signs are accurate and look good.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
  • Receive induction and training in allergens and food safety; mentoring as required to support your role; opportunities for further professional development.
  • Work as part of a lively, fast-paced team; demonstrate teamwork and adaptability; make recommendations based on customers’ preferences.
