Location: Site based covering Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset.
Standard Hours: Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
Responsibilities:
- Become a Floor Layer within Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs and Voids division, providing high-quality flooring work in social housing void and tenanted properties.
- Work with measuring, ordering and fitting various flooring types including vinyl, carpet, cap and cove; self-leveling and screeding; tiling, basic plumbing and joinery as required.
- Work from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Manage your own day and workload effectively while delivering outstanding service to customers in their homes.
- Follow Novus’ Health and Safety policies and standards.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience as a Floor Layer; working in social housing responsive repairs and tenanted properties experience is essential.
- Ability to work with relevant trades (multi-trade advantageous but not essential).
- Full UK driving license; DBS check required.
