We are advertising for a client who requires a candidate to train as a dental receptionist with the prospect of becoming a dental nurse for their new and busy NHS & private dental practice in Flint. This exciting opportunity is a full time position between Monday and Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Training within the practice will include:

  • Reception: administration duties including making patient appointments, telephone and face-to-face communication, collection of patient charges, ensuring the day to day smooth running of the dental practice using the dental software.
  • Dental Nursing: being able to carry out high quality dental nursing to assist each clinician with dental procedures ensuring that all cross-infection and decontamination procedures are carried out correctly, preparing and closing of the surgeries.
  • Health and Safety procedures
  • Infection Control procedures
  • Basic First Aid & Medical Emergencies
  • Patient Confidentiality and GDPR procedures

Minimum wage will be paid whilst in training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Driving license
  • Computer literacy
