Contract type: Part time / Permanent, term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)
Hours: 13 per week to be worked over 2 days Monday and Tuesday.
Salary: Grade 11 (NJC 5 - 6), £25,583 - £25,989 FTE per annum (pro-rata: £7,732 to £7,854 per annum)

This post is part of a job-share. The successful candidate will be required to work 2 days per week and the job-share partner will work 3 days per week to ensure that the 5 school days are covered.
The post-holder will act as the first aid contact at the academy, overseeing the care of students who are unwell or injured, deciding on the appropriate course of action and implementing that action within the competencies of the first aid certificate held. They will also be required to maintain records and reports, including those for statutory purposes. There may also be the need from time to time to provide cover on the main reception desk.
The successful candidate will hold a first aid qualification or be willing to undertake this.
