Cosine are recruiting a driven Field Support Manager to work alongside McCormick Area Managers, supporting and leading a team of merchandisers who are calling into grocery multiples merchandising Schwartz Herbs and Spices.
Going live Friday 25th September working full time, 40 hours per week until 31st December 2026. £135.00 + £10.00 per day completion bonus, business mileage paid.
Ideal location: Warrington, United Kingdom, WA15 Territory covering: Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Chester, Wrexham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Birmingham and surrounding areas and surrounding areas What you’ll be doing: Manage and motivate a team of merchandisers to achieve key performance goals Reconcile and sign off on wages and expenses accurately Report to the Account Manager and collaborate with clients to ensure top performance Develop and implement action plans to address any shortfalls in team results Foster a positive, fun, and rewarding team environment Step in to cover holidays or sickness within the team, ensuring all schedules run smoothly without disruption This Could Be the Job for You If You: Previous experience in field management is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Key Details: Van Delivery on Friday 25th September.
