In partnership with Wessex Water / Based Dorset, Somerset, and Bristol as well as most of Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering our exciting water‑saving programme in partnership with Wessex Water. With the South of England officially designated as an area of Severe Water Stress by the UK Government, helping households use water more wisely is more important than ever. That’s where you come in.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our Home Water Efficiency team, you’ll visit customers in the Wessex Water region to provide free, practical advice on saving water at home and install water‑saving devices at no cost to the customer, helping them reduce their bills and protect water resources for future generations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident working hands‑on, with basic experience in manual trades, home repair, or general maintenance
  • A great communicator who enjoys engaging with the public and delivering excellent customer service
  • Target‑driven and motivated to meet goals while maintaining high standards
  • Flexible and self‑reliant, able to work independently in the field
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential

Full training will be provided. Appointment to this role is subject to a basic DBS check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
