MapTalent are urgently seeking an experienced Fencing Supervisor to join a busy landscaping contractor carrying out ongoing projects throughout the Midlands. Our client specialises in the installation of new fencing for major new-build housing developers across the region and is looking for a proactive supervisor to oversee the delivery of works on multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality and progress of fencing installations.
- Supervise and support site operatives, ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Act as the main point of contact between our client and housing developers.
- Resolve any site-related issues and ensure effective communication between all parties.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with company standards.
