Reference: 822618b1 Female Personal Assistant Required in Bedminster @ £13.20 per hour Location: Bedminster Hours: Flexible, part-time hours across weekdays and some weekends Pay: £13.20 per hour About the Role: A caring and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) is required to support a female individual living alone in her home.
The role involves a range of personal care and daily living support tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and assistance with mobility.
The successful candidate will also provide support during visits from the client's disabled son.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care, including washing and dressing
- Domestic support: laundry, cleaning, cooking, shopping, and meal preparation
- Supporting access to the community
- Assistance with mobility and transfers (hoist into electric wheelchair no stand aid used)
- Help during visits from the client's disabled son, including cooking for him
- Companionship and encouragement for independence
Working Hours: Preferred days and times: Monday to Saturday AM and Afternoon shifts Sunday Morning only Flexibility around days and times is appreciated
Requirements: Previous care experience preferred Confident in basic meal preparation and home management Comfortable working around a cat Non-smoker preferred, but smoking is acceptable on the balcony Female applicants only Must be comfortable using a hoist and electric wheelchair DBS check required (PA isn't expected to pay for this)
