We are looking for a caring and supportive individual who can help provide support to an individual in High Peak. The support for the individual would be on a 1:1 basis and would include providing support within the home and outside the home as well.

This role would include supporting an individual in the home and out in the community. The role out in the community would include supporting the individual with going shopping and picking up medication. The role within the home includes supporting the individual with cleaning, tidying, washing and this would also include supporting and assisting with meal preparation.

The role would also include helping the individual with organizing their medication; however, they do not require experience with this and the individual said that they are more than happy to show you how to complete this.
