About the Role
We are currently recruiting Female Home Care Workers to support clients across the Sefton area. This is a female-only role, which is lawful under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1: Occupational Requirements) due to the personal care duties involved, including intimate care. Many of our clients request female carers to maintain their dignity, privacy, and cultural preferences. Therefore, being female is a genuine occupational requirement for this position.
Applicants must live in, or be able to reliably travel within, the Sefton area and hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
Sponsorship available: We are able to offer visa sponsorship to candidates currently residing in the UK on a Graduate Visa and/or Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa, subject to eligibility and Home Office requirements.
