Full time 37.5 hours per week. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking and dynamic Personal Assistant to join the Surgery Division, supporting the Senior Management team as a Personal Assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic, exceptionally well-organised individual to support the Divisional Management Teams.
Responsibilities
- Organising meetings, taking minutes of meetings, diary management and ensuring smooth running of the administration for the management team.
- Take responsibility for tasks that are delegated to you and ensure information and/or replies requested are pursued and received within the appropriate timescales.
- Maintain knowledge of NHS developments/initiatives both locally and nationally and Trust policies and procedures.
- Organise and prepare meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Planning, organising and managing diaries.
