We have a vacancy for a Paralegal to work in our busy Family Law Department, private law team at our Newport Street office. The position may involve travel to courts, meetings and other offices; therefore access to a car is essential. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Responsibilities
- Arrange appointments and meetings
- Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
- Diary management
- Database work
- Prepare bundles
- Client contact
- Use of CCMS (advantage)
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative
- Good time management skills
- Good presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills
- Use of CCMS would be an advantage
