Are you a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for helping young minds thrive? If so, we have a very exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a tutor in Bolton. You will be making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable, disengaged and at-risk young people.

The successful tutor must be able to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS3 or KS4 pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

As such, we are looking for a passionate, creative and holistic tutor, eager to provide academic support and guidance to students in a one-on-one or small-group setting, improving their educational journey.

  • QTS or equivalent or tutoring experience

  • Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
  • Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils

Eligibility Requirements

  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
