We are looking for a B2B appointment setter for our commercial business rates reduction specialist service. The role is office based in Denton.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:45 AM–3:55 PM.

Salary: £24,720 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £44K+). Commission is paid on signed appointments, with early finish incentives and Friday finish opportunities. No evenings or weekends. No hybrid or working‑from‑home arrangements; the position is fully office‑based.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to businesses, create opportunities, handle objections, and book appointments for our field‑based Property Consultants.
  • Consistently meet targets and maintain high energy throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B telesales experience.
  • Experience working to targets and earning commission.
  • High energy, resilience, confidence, and ability to keep momentum high all day.
  • Skill in navigating gatekeepers and booking solid appointments.
  • Full attendance required during probation.
