The successful candidate will lead teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with SEND needs including ASC and promoting high standards of achievement, inclusion and wellbeing throughout the school. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery and assessment of the Primary curriculum.
- Support pupils with complex learning needs across KS1 and KS2.
- Collaborate with a Senior Leadership Team to maintain and improve high standards of inclusion and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Significant experience teaching within a Primary or SEND setting
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Experience supporting pupils with ASC and additional learning needs
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A resilient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching and learning
