Excellent role in top luxury property in the Cotswolds. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade, you will be assisting the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant. You must have worked to multi-rosette level or Michelin in a quality 4 or 5* hotel/restaurant. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.
