Paragon Education is currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools across Evesham and surrounding areas. We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions. Responsibilities
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils’ learning and engagement across a range of subjects
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Liaise with teaching staff and senior leaders regarding pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confidence leading a classroom independently
- A flexible, professional, and proactive approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
