About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‐quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you'll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.

What you'll do

  • Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
  • Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
  • Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Experience caring for older people.
  • Basic knowledge of Care Workers' Codes of Practice.
