We are currently recruiting professional, reliable and customer-focused SIA Licensed Security Officers to join our growing team. This role covers a wide range of security services including events, festivals, corporate venues, residential sites and static guarding. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, secure and well-managed environments for clients, staff and the public.

About the Role

This is a varied and dynamic position working across multiple sectors. You may be deployed at large-scale festivals and events, corporate sites, private venues or residential locations, providing a visible and professional security presence at all times. Our team supports everything from crowd management and event stewarding to front‑of‑house security, response teams and site protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional and highly visible security presence
  • Managing and controlling crowds at events and festivals
  • Ensuring the safety of staff, clients and members of the public
  • Access control, searching and entry management
  • Responding to incidents and emergencies effectively
  • Conducting patrols and monitoring premises
  • Delivering excellent customer service and front‑of‑house duties
  • Reporting incidents accurately and maintaining clear communication with management

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Flexible approach to working hours (including nights and weekends)
  • Previous experience in events, festivals or security is desirable but not essential
