LOCATION: Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire.

HOURS: 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 – 14.00 Friday (37.5 hours)

START DATE: Immediate

PAY: Depending on Experience

We are looking for a motivated and reliable candidate to join our client’s enthusiastic customer service team. This is an opportunity to learn many areas of the business from building relationships with the clients and suppliers to processing orders, purchasing and order processing.

Candidates need to be literate, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Due to our client’s location your own transport is essential. You will be entitled to a 30-minute lunch break and holidays are 30 days per annum including all bank holidays recognised in England. There is a Contributory Pension after qualifying period and Health Care after 1 year’s service.

Responsibilities

  • Sales order processing and despatching/invoicing
  • Assisting Customers with orders
  • Issuing and preparation of samples
  • Handling internal mail
  • Organising carriers – claims, etc.
  • Purchasing of stationery, checking supplies, codes, goods inwards
  • Printing of forms, labels
  • Making up Brochures
  • Filing
  • Answering telephone
  • Insight into the production of company products
  • General administration duties – office and production areas

Skills
