Join Kids Planet Lymm as an OOSC Room Leader! This is a term‑time only position based on 22.5 hours per week. We’re now looking for an OOSC Room Leader to join our team, someone who’s ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.

How you’ll make a difference as an OOSC Room Leader:
- By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
- Through building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
What an OOSC Room Leader needs:
- Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognized early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Leadership experience desirable.
