Responsibilities:
- SHO: Initial patient assessment, Ward cover, Basic clinical procedures, Supporting senior clinicians
- SPR / Middle Grade: Managing acute admissions, Leading ward rounds, Supervising junior doctors, Performing advanced procedures
- Consultant: Clinical leadership, Decision‑making for complex cases, Supervising full medical teams, Contributing to service development
