We are looking for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with a strong track record of leading teams and partnering with senior managers in complex, fast-paced environments. Confident in handling complex employee relations matters, coaching managers through sensitive situations, analysing data to inform decisions, and driving forward people-focused projects that enhance engagement, inclusion and organisational performance.

As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy, ensuring our practices enable us to make a real difference to people with sight loss and complex needs. Working collaboratively across the organisation to embed a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture, strengthening the systems, processes and policies that underpin great people management.
