As a Head of Delivery Assurance, you will play a pivotal role within property services senior leadership, defining, shaping, and delivering property services, ensuring that systems processes, and people operate at peak performance. Your new role
Working closely with Assistant Directors and also other Heads of Service, you will identify performance and process failures across workstreams and create corrective action plans that drive long-term improvement. This includes designing and embedding solutions such as training, resource changes, process redesign, and new ways of working. You will act as the subject-matter expert for transformation initiatives, particularly around system implementation, helping to build and sustain a positive, empowered, and change-ready culture. Your role will see you lead a small team of complaint resolution operatives, overseeing timely complaint handling, root cause analysis to prevent future issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience within a senior leadership or senior operational improvement role.
- Strong understanding of property services, compliance, and repairs operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead on transformation, process improvement, and cultural change.
- Experience developing and implementing an improvement plan across multiple workstreams.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the confidence to challenge, influence and inspire.
