Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out pre and post inspections on contractors’ electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
- Respond to technical queries regarding responsive repairs, EICR’s, and other electrical and security services.
- Manage, validate, and monitor the council’s compliance service and cyclical testing documentation records across the council’s housing assets, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, ACOP, official guidance, and best practice.
- Ensure performance management system is followed to achieve effective compliance with agreed KPI’s for each contract.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day electrical contracts to support the electrical compliance manager.
