We are now seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our senior team as Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Transformation & Digital Innovation. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the Trust's strategic direction.
You will help shape the future of care for our patients and communities across Swindon and Wiltshire, working across clinical, digital, workforce, and cultural transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence Trust-wide strategy, drive clinical transformation at scale, and shape the culture and capacity of Great Western Hospitals to serve our growing population.
You will be empowered to lead change through values-based compassionate leadership, ensuring that change is delivered with deep clinical engagement. You will work with clinical teams and community partners to create sustainable improvements in patient outcomes, supporting our commitment to our patients and communities, and our ambitious transformation agenda.
