Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accounts
- Work with an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owed
- Maintain accurate records of the collection process
- Work with customers to identify reasons for late payments and work with them to resolve
- Minimise bad debts within assigned account base
- Work closely with the sales department to resolve issues raised
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport
- Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good negotiation skills
