We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Attendance Manager with passion, drive, energy and enthusiasm, who shares our school values. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school’s commitment to improving attendance through the effective maintenance, analysis and reporting of attendance data, and through active engagement with students, parents/carers and the wider community.
They will work closely with the pastoral team and Senior Leadership Team to identify and understand barriers to attendance, and to devise and implement agreed strategies that improve attendance, inclusion and student progress.
Hours: 37 hours per week (approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm)
Working weeks: 38 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent and pensionable
