By joining our Enabling Support Team you are part of our crucial front line and will be trained accordingly to provide vital support to those we serve, support that is of the highest quality and consistency. We achieve this by equipping you with effective listening and communication skills and expect from you an already innate sense of respect, kindness and duty of confidentiality for others.

You will need to possess a positive ‘can do’ approach and the ability to rise to challenges with integrity, discipline, calmness and self-confidence in providing those we serve with the ultimate aim of: greater independence, self-esteem and happiness.
