Employment Solicitor - Fully Remote

We’re supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team.

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters, with the full freedom and flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.
• Assist clients in delivering professional services including settlement agreements, redundancy & restructuring, discrimination, disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Handle cases progressing to Employment Tribunals and Salary and Hours of Work inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to provide expert advice on a number of matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload – 5 years PQE.
• Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners.
• Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work.
• Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent.
• Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters.
• UK-based and able to work fully remotely.

Salary & Hours

• Monday to Friday, hours to suit the employee.
• £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE.
• Must be able to commit to 15–25 hours per week.
