Your new role: In your new role, you'll support the Employment team across a variety of matters, including employee relations issues, contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation. You'll gain hands‑on experience from day one, working closely with clients and contributing to the smooth running of cases.
What you'll need to succeed: To succeed in this role, you'll need 6-12 months' experience in a similar paralegal position, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
