The Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a full-time, permanent Receptionist to provide a professional receptionist service at All Saints Catholic College. The main duties are to provide a responsive telephone answering and reception service to the school, including handling a high volume of calls, directing calls, taking and distributing messages, and maintaining agreed standards. The role also includes acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school, signing in visitors where appropriate.
