Are you a Skilled Production Operative looking for a new opportunity within automotive manufacturing? Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of Stellantis (Vauxhall), a leading automotive manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring production runs smoothly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hours & Pay
- Basic Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour.
- Shift Allowance: 11% - 18.44% depending on shift pattern.
- Overtime: Monday to Saturday: Time and a half. Sunday: Double time.
- Shift Pattern (rotational flexibility essential): 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 10.50pm, 10.50pm - 7am, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties
- Working on a fast-paced moving assembly line.
- Assembling vehicle components to specification.
- Checking part quality prior to shipping.
- Moving pressed panels to rails.
- Standing for long periods with manual handling involved.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (automotive experience desirable).
- Full flexibility to work rotating shifts across days, afternoons, and nights.
- Ability to adapt to changing departments and shift patterns based on business needs.
- Own transport required due to shift times and site location.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
