We are looking for a Partnering Stores Supervisor to join our team at Huws Gray in Northwich. Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer; we rely on your role to manage the upkeep and organisation of the Partnering Store, whilst supporting your team to ensure customer requirements are met and the right products are supplied.
Responsibilities
- Build working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements.
- Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer.
- Develop your team through training and coaching to enable them to reach their targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in managing a team in our industry is beneficial for this role.
