Desian Education are proud to be supporting a number of mainstream and SEND schools across the Warrington borough with adhoc, short‑term and long‑term supply. Due to unprecedented demand, we are recruiting motivated and reliable educational support workers to support pupils with SEN within mainstream primary, secondary and SEND schools.

Your new role:

  • 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Working in collaboration with class teacher & SENCO
  • Positive behaviour support
  • Delivery of target interventions; speech & language, behaviours, etc.
  • Implementation of positive behaviour support
  • Personal/intimate care requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Full “Right to Work” in the UK
  • Relevant referenceable experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs
  • An Enhanced Children’s DBS check or willingness to obtain
