We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Duties of a Warranty Administrator:

  • Prepare and submit all warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
  • Check and reconcile weekly warranty statements, querying overdue claims or discrepancies
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all warranty documentation with manufacturer guidelines
  • Prepare invoices and warranty claims adhering to departmental standards and claim procedures
  • Complete repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Manage policy claims efficiently, ensuring customer reimbursements are correct
  • Maintain high standards of control over returned displaced materials to manufacturers
  • Reconcile warranty credits and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Assist with general administrative duties within the office environment
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements of a Warranty Administrator:

  • Prior experience in warranty administration within the motor trade
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative relationships
  • Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system is advantageous but not essential
