We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Duties of a Warranty Administrator:
- Prepare and submit all warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
- Check and reconcile weekly warranty statements, querying overdue claims or discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all warranty documentation with manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare invoices and warranty claims adhering to departmental standards and claim procedures
- Complete repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Manage policy claims efficiently, ensuring customer reimbursements are correct
- Maintain high standards of control over returned displaced materials to manufacturers
- Reconcile warranty credits and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with general administrative duties within the office environment
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements of a Warranty Administrator:
- Prior experience in warranty administration within the motor trade
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative relationships
- Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system is advantageous but not essential
