Skills & Experience needed for this Production Operative role
If you have some experience of working in a manufacturing environment or in a job where you’ve shown high levels of concentration and consistent accuracy this would be great.
Experience of operating light production machinery would be an advantage although not essential because you will receive full training.
This is quite a fast-paced job working with a high volume of parts so your experience of working in a similar environment will help.
Due to the quality levels required in this industry, your excellent attention to detail is essential, taking pride in the work you’re doing will be important.
You’ll be joining a small team, so we’re looking for a friendly, helpful, conscientious and supportive team member.
You’ll be professional in your approach to work, willing to learn, self-motivated and committed to doing a great job.
You will have a safe and efficient approach to work.
If you have experience of working in a precision engineering environment such as aerospace or similar, this would be an advantage although again, this isn’t an essential requirement.
