We currently have an exciting vacancy for a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join us at Partington Day Nursery. The role involves supporting the quality of early education and care for children and families accessing the nursery by providing high‑quality learning opportunities combined with care. You will work with children and their families from an increasingly diverse community to ensure all needs are met in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be part of an experienced, professional team, working with other professionals from outside the nursery and keeping records up to date. As a key person for a group of children you will enable them to reach their potential through positive relationships, experiences and opportunities.

You will have experience of working in an early years setting and hold a minimum Level 3 relevant early years qualification in childcare. You should have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and Early Years Inspection framework and be able to put the principles into practice. You will also have knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice as applied in your work with children and families. Key qualities include being able to form positive relationships with children and families, a commitment to ongoing professional development, a team‑player attitude that values and respects the contributions of others, good communication skills, and a passion for working with children.
