Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children with daily routines, including meal times, play, and rest periods.
- Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with senior staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment for all children.
- Engage with children through play, encouraging social interaction and creativity.
- Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the wellbeing of every child in your care.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall smooth running of the nursery.
