Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Early Morning Office & Facilities Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team at our client’s Speciality Chemical Company based in Ellesmere Port, CH65. Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve cleaning floors and work areas, as well as handling industrial equipment. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and within sensitive environments. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 6am – 1.30pm, Friday 6am -12noon. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and labs.
  • Cleaning toilet facilities and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
  • Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Key requirements will include:

  • Access to one's own vehicle is essential as there is NO public transport to the site early in the morning, or if you live locally.
  • Good knowledge, experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Prefer knowledge of COSHH, chemicals, and risk assessments.
  • Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage.
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
  • You will also be required to submit a monthly urine sample and a quarterly blood sample.
