As part of the Service Department, you will manage a selection of service remedial works on fire protection systems projects based nationally.
Responsibilities- Site surveys
- Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and site managers/supervisors
- In partnership with your manager you will be responsible for cost control of contracts/projects
- Maintain compliance of projects with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments
- Minimum of 10 years experience of commercial sprinkler installations
- CSCS/CCNSG card
- Strong procurement and cost control skills
- Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systems
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and similar project management software
- Understanding of Sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990
- A can‑do hands‑on attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
