Advinia Healthcare are looking for a Regional Quality Manager to oversee a portfolio of 11 care homes looking at elderly care and dementia spanning across Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement appropriate methods to monitor compliance against UK wide regulation through the use of regular internal Quality Assurance Audits.
- Audit clinical/care practice in accordance with the Internal Quality Assurance Framework.
- Serve as the Safeguarding link for the regional team and services, advising on Adult Support and Protection issues.
- Identify good practice and recommend local and organisational improvement actions arising from all aspects of the role, to enhance clinical/care practice and residents’ experience.
- Be responsible for supporting Home Managers in preparing for regulatory inspections.
- Proactively assist Home Managers and staff, when necessary, during regulatory inspections.
