Overview
Rentokil Initial Junior HR Advisor 6 Month Full Term Contract.
Join our team at the Dudley office.
The role supports managers across the business and advises on employee relations issues.
Salary and benefits include a basic salary of £28,889 per annum, expected OTE of £30,000 per annum with bonus schemes available, and a relocation package of up to £5,000 if relocating more than 2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Review absence management and report on this.
- Analyse HR data, identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
- Attend employee relations meetings to take notes.
- Participate in meetings to highlight and address process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience.
- Recognised HR qualification would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
